August 3rd, 2009 - Posted minutes of the 7/20/09 and the 7/27/09 meetings. Also provided a sketch of the parade route and the general area of the parade.

August 1st, 2009 - Posted an important notice of the closing of West Gatesburg Road Friday August 8th, because of the Parade.

July 26th, 2009 - Gave a notice about the opportunity to hold a yard sale or rent space for craft sales.

July 23rd, 2009 - Announced the Live Auction to be held on Saturday August 8th. Posted a price for the Commemorative Booklet and a link to the Order Form.

More information concerning the Charcoal making was added, and a recommendation about reservations for the Pig Roast.

Also deleted some material that has outlived its usefulness.

July 19th, 2009 - Announced weekly meetings of the Event Planning Committee every Monday from now on.

July 9th, 2009 - Posted a picture of the final design of the Veterans Rosters as it will appear on the memorial.

July 6th and 7th, 2009 - Posted the minutes of the July 15th meeting of the Event Planning Committee. Revised some of the Veterans Rolls, and noted the July 6th meeting of the Event Planning Committee.
Also posted the minutes of the July 6th Event Planning Committee meeting and the July 13th date for the next meeting.

June 20th, 2009 - Announced the next meetings of the committees. Also published a picture of the pottery plate, and displayed the prices for the pottery items. Removed references to fireworks, and announced that there will be Bluegrass entertainment following the picnic. Note the announcement of the Veterans Monument dedication for 8:15 pm.

June 16th, 2009 - Posted the June 2nd, 2009 minutes of the Event Planning Committee, and announced the June 22nd, meeting of the Committee.

June 6th, 2009 - Announced the June 15th, 2009 Committee Meetings.

 May 10th, 2009 - Posted the Minutes of the May 5th, 2009 Event Planning Committee Meeting. Also a reminder of the May 12th meeting.

April 30th, 2009 - Announced the May 5th, 2009 meeting of the Event Planning Committee. Also made additions and corrections to the Vets Rolls.

April 10th, 2009 - Announced the next meeting of the Event Planning Committee, and announced that the Picture Committee will be meeting Mondays at 9:00 a.m. at the Church House. It also announced that the cutoff date for the Veterans Rolls will be May 1st. Made some corrections to the Vets Rolls.

April 3rd, 2009 - Posted the minutes of the March 23rd, 2009 minutes of the Event Planning Committee. Also provided a corrected Order Form for ordering items.

March 29h, 2009 - Gave notice that as of April 1st, 2009, pictures can no longer be accepted for inclusion in the Commemorative Booklet. Also noted that additions and corrections to the Veterans Rolls can be accepted until May 1st, 2009.
