Ken suggested changing the design of the monument to include a slight tapering affect on the side wings.  Dave Siphron agreed with Ken’s suggestion and mentioned that it would break up the “square-ness” of the current design.  Ernie will discuss this possible change with Joe Maninno and hopefully have a new design proof for review by the next meeting.

After Diana left, a discussion was held on how the sponsors would be found.  It would be a combination of the radio sales staff and committee members finding the sponsors.

It was mentioned that we may be able to go to the People’s Choice Festival to solicit sponsors and perhaps some more crafters, etc.

Ernie suggested that between the radio station and the advertising committee could try to get the sponsors by June 29, 2009.  Maria will report back at the next meeting on the progress.
