Two messages boards will be put up one week in advance of event stating
6-8:30 road closing on Friday. Maintain safe speed
He will try to send out a press release about road closing

Keep one lane open during parade for emergency use
Police car will start parade and crime scene vehicle will end parade.
Ken asked if they wanted to display vehicle with memorial. Officer said he
will try.
If we use gators to transport ice, please have farm triangle on it.
Vehicles without inspection can be on road during parade.
Unlicensed vehicles traveling to parade must be towed or trailored per
PA laws.

Officer Travis Park is assigned for Saturday around Gatesburg and at
memorial during ceremony.
Friday and Saturday Officer Glenny will try to increase roll throughs.
